To confirm your provisionally agreed phone booking,
we must receive the completed booking form and,
either full payment, or £200 per week, non returnable  deposit within 7 days.Your booking will be confirmed in writing when your deposit cheque has cleared.Once your booking is confirmed, you are liable for  full rental charges. We advise that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance. Please read our 'terms and conditions' page carefully.

The remaining balance + £100 security deposit ( returnable within 14 days of the end of your holiday when property/ies are left as they were found.) is due at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
