If you are a return visitor we will, if you prefer it, accept your non returnable deposit in 2 stages--(£50 now with your booking form and the rest by February 4th 2011). Please phone to check availability before sending any money.

Any balance + £100 security deposit is due at least 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.The £100 deposit will be returned within 14 days of the end of your stay when the cottage and hut are left as they were found.

If you stay at Chestnutt Cottage you have the option to rent our beach hut. We only let the hut with the cottage.

Last minute,low, off season, short ANYTIME breaks - min 3 nights -
£90 per night. + security deposit = +£100

Linen hire £14 per person p/week

2 towels £6per person p/week

Off season, short, ANYTIME breaks must be paid for in full when booking. If there is insufficient time for cheques to clear, please pay by internet or in cash.

Your £100 security deposit will be returned within 14 days of the end of your holiday/ short break when the cottage and hut are left as they were found.

Summer Rents include reasonable use of gas and electricity. We will read the meters at the start and end of your stay and reserve the right to charge the actual costs of fuel used..
