£100 plus £100 security deposit.
Your £100 security deposit
will be returned within 14 days of the end of your holiday/ short break
when the cottage and hut are left as they were found.
Off season short / last minute breaks-bookable max 14 days in advance, (min 3 nights) must be paid for in full when booking. If there
is insufficient time for cheques to clear, please pay by internet or in cash.

Rents include reasonable use of gas and electricity. We will read the meters at the start and end of your stay and reserve the right to charge the actual costs of fuel used..Off road parking for one car in front of our garage is free. If your party are bringing more than one car and wish to park it in Hill Road there will be an extra charge of £5 per extra car per week / short break. ( This will be paid to the local Resident's Association towards the upkeep of Hill Road.)Duvets and pillows are provided.Linen Hire - £12 per person per week / short break.
