WHAT TO DO NEXTTelephone Judith Chestnutt 01473 735 343 to discuss your plans and to make a verbal, provisional booking for the dates you require.
Print out the Booking Form or ask for it to be sent to you by post, along with the Terms and Conditions.
Fill in the form . Ensure you have signed it.
Post the form and cheque as soon as you can. We must receive it, along with the required payments, within 7 days to reserve your verbal booking.
(The £100 security deposit is due with the final balance. This will be returned, within 14 days after the end of your holiday, when the cottage is left as it was found.)
If
there is insufficient time ( eg a late booking) for cheques to be
cleared before the start of your holiday all payments must be in cash. Send your 'last minute' booking form by email or, if this is difficult, bring your completed booking form with you or fill in a form on arrival.
When your payment/s have cleared, we will send you confirmation in writing of your booking. Any further details will be given to you when your holiday has been paid for in full.
We will meet you when you arrive, give you the keys, explain the working of the central heating /hot water/ safety precautions etc., point out the house file
(which is full of relevant, useful and SAFETY information) and answer any queries you may have.
If hiring our beach hut we will tell you where it is, how to get into it, tell you about beach hut routines, how to get water, work the gas cooker, dispose of waste etc. (The information is also in the relevant section of the house file.)
Share the joys of a Southwold sea-side holiday. Rent our well equipped,
gas
centrally heated, modern, cottage-style, self catering holiday home
and, if it is available, hire our beach hut (3/4 mile away) during your
stay, and be lucky enough to enjoy a hut breakfast in front of a sparkling sea.
